We need your support to advance the battle against cancer. By raising pledges to support research into breast and prostate cancer at Princess Margaret Hospital, you will be helping to improve treatments for the one in nine Canadian women and one in eight Canadian men who suffer from these devastating diseases.

Points will be awarded on the basis of pledges submitted, $1 pledged earns 1 point. Upon submitting your pledge sheet, you will receive a user name that will allow you to start your online reward redemption. The incentive program is based on points awarded for pledges of $100 or more.

The PMHF Hospitality Tent at Queen′s Park will be open on race day to collect pledges and following the race to host breakfast for all participants who raised pledges for PMHF.

Various cancer clinics have teamed up to participate in the 5K in order to raise money in support of cancer research and patient care. The Toronto Marathon 5K Walk / Run for Cancer has been a huge success over the years and this year we welcome over 15 teams, each in support of a different cancer clinic at Princess Margaret Hospital. The 5K Walk/Run for Cancer brings together family, friends, patients and survivors to support patient research, education and care for those who have been touched by cancer. Our goal is to support research, better treatment options and patient care for those who have been affected by cancer.
