The Half Marathon Walk starts at the same time and follows the same course as the Half Marathon Run.

Register Early! The first 2000 participants in the Marathon and Half Marathon will receive a Karbon Technical Wicking Shirt - a $45 value!

Participants who register by October 1, 2007 will receive a customized, multicoloured event bib with your name on it.

BRUNELLO CARBO DINNER

 

All competitors are invited to our pasta dinner / runners' workshop on Saturday, October 18th, 6 p.m. at the Toronto Hilton located at 145 Richmond Street West. Cost is $25.00 for participants and guests. Please be sure to check box on the entry form.

Only a limited number of tickets are available! Please buy your tickets early and avoid the disappointment of missing this all you can eat pasta feast.

Join Bart Yasso - from Runners World magazine, Kathrine Switzer, John Stanton - founder and president of the Running Room, and Dr. Kate Hays for an informative seminar and question and answer forum. This event is considered one of the best Carbo Load Dinners of any marathon and sells out fast. Please reserve early for this all you can eat pasta feast.
