The 10K course is fast, downhill, and scenic. Starting near Rosedale Subway Station and finishing at Ontario Place, the 10K is an exciting addition to the Toronto Marathon lineup!
7:30 AM – START – On Aylmer Road and Park Road, just south of the Rosedale TTC Station.
10K participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day. If under 18 on race day, a doctor’s note must be provided (mailed or scanned/emailed) prior to the event.
In-line skates, roller-skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course. For the safety of all participants, iPods and similar audio devices are not recommended.
All participants will receive a bib and technical shirt. Bibs must be worn on the front and visible at all times. Shirts and bibs must be picked up at the Expo.

Aid Station & Timing
Aid stations supplying water, Gatorade and toilets will be on course approximately every 2.5 km and Start and Finish Lines.
On-Course Aid Station Locations: 1.5 km 4 km 6 km 8 km
SportStats is the official Timer for the Marathon. The BibTag timing system will be used. The course will be marked at every kilometre. Results will be posted online following the race.
The Toronto 10K has been accurately measured and is certified by Athletics Canada and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and meets all international standards.
