5k Run (8:00 am)
Join 2000 + participants in the 5k Run at the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon. Help raise funds and awareness for the charity of your choice by choosing a charity when registering online.
Please note: Bus shuttles are Not available for this event. We suggest using a taxi or TTC to the start area. Parking is available at the Exhibition grounds.

Both 5k events start and finish at Ontario Place on Remembrance Dr. just East of Ontario Place Blvd. This course has been accurately measured and is certified by Athletics Canada. Participants in the 5k must be able to complete the course in 1.5 hours. Click Here for additional race day information.
For the safety of all participants, we strongly recommend not wearing iPods, or similar devices which inhibit your ability to hear surrounding sounds.
In-line skates, roller-skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course.

The course will be marked every kilometre and timed using the BibTag timing system.
The GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon Expo is FREE and open to the public at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place, 100 Princes’ Blvd. Hall ‘C”. ALL 5k participants must attend the Expo to pick up their BibTag and shirt. There is no day of “kit” pick-up. The Expo is open on Friday, April 29th from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, April 30th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For additional information about the Expo please. Shirt and Bib Tag
All 5k participants must pick up their BibTag and shirt at the Expo. BibTag and shirts will not be mailed to participants.
In an effort to be greener, the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon will be bagless. Participants are strongly recommended to bring their own bag for their BibTag and shirt pick-up at the Expo. Bag Check will be available at the Start Line (Ontario Place) for the all 5k participants. It is located at the West End of the finish area and you must securily attach the tag provided at the bottom of you bib to your bag.

Pickup Dates: Friday, April 29th from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Saturday, April 30th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Confirmation number (if registered online) and bib number are required for BibTag and shirt pick-up. Photo ID may be required at the time of pick-up. Bib numbers will be emailed to each participant on the Thursday prior to the race. Bib numbers will also be posted on the wall near registration. Participants Must pick-up kits at the Expo by 5:00 pm on Saturday April 30th. There is No ‘day of” pick-up.
