Bib numbers are assigned a few days before the event. You will receive an email from us by the Thursday prior to the event with your bib number if you did not have your kit mailed to you.

If you want your name printed on the front of your bib, you must register by April 21st.

If you chose the Ship My Bib (SMB) option; kits will be mailed beginning on April 15th by Canada Post.

If you purchased the Ship My Bib (SMB) Option, you will not be able to make any changes to your entry online after April 1st. The shuttle ticket is printed on the bib, as well as other information. Changes after April 1st can only be made during kit pick-up on Friday or Saturday at the Queen Elizabeth Building. You must bring your bib/shirt to kit pick-up, or if transferring to another person, provide them with your kit so that the proper transfer can be made.

Changes that require a new (replacement) bib and timing tag due to an event distance change, or bib transfer, will be charged at $15.00 per at kit pick-up.
