Aid Stations

Stations are located at least every 5k. Gatorade is available on the course. The water tables come before Gatorade at each station. Please be considerate of those around you when discarding used cups. PowerGels are available at the 20.5k, 26k, and 36k aid stations prior to the water tables. There are toilets at each station. Medical/First Aid personnel are located at each Aid Station including MLS, 15k, 24k and Queen’s Park. There are also several on course medical vans. If you are in distress, please inform a race official immediately.

The Course

The 1st mile, every 5th mile, and each km are marked. Split times are called at 1 mile in both the Marathon and Half Marathon. Clocks will be located at the Start, 1/2 way point of the Marathon, and Queen’s Park. The 1/2 Marathon markers are orange; The Marathon are blue. All participants on the course after 6 hours may be asked to move onto the sidewalk and obey normal traffic laws. Race marshals will pull any person running without a bib off the course. We urge paying participants to discourage anyone from participating unofficially.

NO BIB, NO RUN!

Entertainment

As well as the entertainment at each Aid Station on the course, we have an additional 10 to 15 “Entertainment Stations” featuring Rock Bands, Bag Pipers, Japanese Drummers, DJ’s, Buskers, Cheerleaders, School Bands, Cadet Bands, and Boom Boxes all  to help keep you motivated and get you to the finish line. If you are/know of a band, busker, group, or entertainer who may be interested in supporting a great cause, let us know at (416) 920-3466 ASAP.
