The 10K course, starting and finishing at the Queen Elizabeth Building, is fast and flat along the City’s waterfront making it a great race for setting a PR!
Please note: Bus shuttles are Not available for this event. We suggest using a taxi, uber or TTC to get to the start area. Parking is available at Exhibition Place.

7:30 AM – START – Queen Elizabeth Building. (at Exhibition Place)
Time Limit: 2 hours
10K participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day.
In-line skates, roller-skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course. For the safety of all participants, iPods and similar audio devices are not recommended.
Bag Check: Inside the Queen Elizabeth Building. Must be checked by 7:25AM. Attach the tag to your bag before leaving your home/hotel

Aid Station & Timing
Aid stations supplying water, electrolytes and toilets will be on course approximately every 2.5 km and at the Start and Finish Lines.

SportStats is the official Timer. The course will be marked at every km. Timing mats will located at the Start/Finish line and at the turnaround point. Results will be posted online following the race.
Accreditation
The Toronto 10K has been accurately measured and is certified by Athletics Canada and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and meets all international standards.
